This page explains what information our church website collects and how we use it. Please review and adapt it with your church leadership. It is a starting template, not legal advice.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in readable form).
• Things you choose to share: prayer requests, directory details you opt in to, event RSVPs, and questions you ask in Lamp.
• Basic technical information: such as your IP address, kept briefly for security.

Lamp

Questions you ask in Lamp are shared with our pastors, as the notice under the Lamp text box says. Our pastors use them to pray for you, care for the church, and understand what people are facing. You can ask us to delete your Lamp history at any time, and you can delete it yourself from your account page.

Who can see your information

• Prayer requests are visible to members or only to pastors, depending on the option you choose.
• The member directory only shows people who opt in, and only the details they choose.
• We never sell your information.
